Professor at IADE-Universidade Europeia. She coordinated the Master’s and Bachelor’s programs in Hospitality Management and served on the scientific council of ISEC Lisboa. Teaching in the fields of Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, and Data Analysis. Executive with senior management experience in multinational companies, having served as CEO, CFO, and HR Director, and participated in multicultural projects across European, Asian, and African markets with senior-level experience in the Hospitality and Tourism, Automotive, and Insurance/Reinsurance sectors, focusing on management, business strategy, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, people development, talent retention, the circular economy, well-being, and active ageing.

PhD in Management, certified trainer, researcher at the BRU (Business Research Unit) at ISCTE, and visiting scholar at the University of Oxford; currently pursuing a postdoctoral research in Psychology/Management and Active Ageing.
