Born in Lisbon (1964) and graduated in architecture at FAUTL (1991). He began his professional career at the invitation of Professor Manuel Graça Dias and currently works at the Lisbon City Council (since 2000) where he develops architectural projects and requalification of public spaces in the housing sector. It has a postgraduate degree in Urban Design at ISCTE-IUL (1999), institut where it defended PhD thesis (2013) with the theme “Raul Lino. Architecture and Landscape (1900-1948).” He is Collaborator Phd Researcher at Dynamia'Cet – ISCTE, since September 2022, with the project “Raul Lino and the cultural function of architecture. Landscape, city and territory.”
