Dr Rita Fontinha is Assistant Professor (Lecturer) in Strategic Human Resource Management at Henley Business School – University of Reading. Her research interests include the management of human resources in non-standard employment relations, such as those involving expatriates, temporary workers and outsourced workers. Rita has published her work in international peer-reviewed journals, including Human Resource Management, Studies in Higher Education, Journal of Career Development, Thunderbird International Business Review, Personnel Review and International Journal of Stress Management.
