Researcher at Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon. I hold management degrees from Católica Lisbon (Portugal) and ESCP (France/Germany/UK) and am further specialising through a Master’s in Digital Transformation in the Health Sector (Portugal/Finland/Greece) and a PhD in Technology and Information Science at Iscte (Portugal) .

Currently running work on digital health interoperability (EHDS), implementation of the EEHRxF, healthcare workforce education and policy coordination.

My experience ranges from global governance in the pharmaceutical industry to cross-sectoral consulting, with expertise in health-related academic research, policy discourse, capacity building, education and ecosystem activation through co-creation approaches.
