Brazilian Researcher, PhD in Public Policy (UERJ), Master in History, Politics and Cultural Heritage (CPDOC/FGV-Rio) and MBA in International Management of Cultural Policies (UNESCO, Universitat Girona). She is currently conducting postdoctoral research at the Center for Studies on Africa and Development - CESA / ISEG, University of Lisbon and as an integrated researcher at the Cities and Territories research group of the Center for Studies on Socioeconomic and Territory Change – DINÂMIA’CET- IUL, ISCTE. She has professional experience in management and planning of cultural policies in Brazil, having worked in public administration and private companies, such as Consultant of the Ministry of Culture (National Culture Plan), Cultural Policy Coordinator at the Rio de Janeiro State Secretariat of Culture, where he was responsible for the creation of the first RJ State Culture Plan (2015 - 2025), Culture Counselor (Culture Economy, 2016-17), at the Rio de Janeiro Municipal Culture Council, Institutional Sponsorship Manager da Souza Cruz S/A and Development Coordinator of Senai-RJ. Her interest is in public academic research, her research focuses on sociology of culture, territory, interfaces between art and politics and social movements.
