Susana Batista is a postdoc researcher at the Centre for Research and Studies in Sociology (CIES-IUL), hired through the EduCig Project - School performance among gypsies, action research and co-design project. She participates in ySkills project (2020-2023), financed by the european program H2020 and she is a member of the EU Kids Online European network Portuguese team. During the last ten years, she participated as a researcher at the ESCXEL Project - Schools for Excellence Network, where she gained experience in the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and consultancy in the preparation and monitoring of educational strategic documents of schools and municipalities. She co-coordinated other research projects in the national education area. She was also an Invited Assistant Professor in the Sociology department of NOVA FCSH.
