Zhang Tianyuan is a PhD student at ISCTE-IUL and a member of ISTAR-IUL.

Zhang Tianyuan is aiming to improve customer targeting based on telecom customer segmmentation through data-driven approaches.

His research interests include Data Mining, Data Science, and Customer Segmentation applied to real world problems such as Marketing and Telecom.

His academic background includes a 4 year B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering (Southern Medical University, China), a M.Sc. in Business Administration (ISCTE-IUL), and he is studying for a doctor degree of Business Administration (ISCTE-IUL).
