Abstract
A felicidade organizacional tem impacto direto na sustentabilidade das organizações. Com base no estudo Happiness Works (40 000 respostas, 360 organizações, 2012/2022), os colaboradores mais felizes faltam menos 36%, têm menos vontade de mudar de organização em 45% e consideram-se 7% mais produtivos. Este livro, escrito por autores de nove nacionalidades, disponibiliza a evolução da felicidade organizacional em Portugal nos últimos dez anos, modelos e métricas, a visão de académicos e gestores e casos de empresas. É um livro único, com diferentes abordagens sobre a felicidade organizacional, na perspetiva da pessoa, do profissional e da organização.
