Description
This project aims to develop a Framework of Cultural Human Rights Indicators for Portugal, based on the guidelines of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR). This framework of indicators will enable the monitoring of the implementation of cultural rights in Portugal, contributing to the formulation of evidence-based public policies and strengthening citizen participation in cultural life.
