Assistant Professor at ISCTE, in the Department of Marketing, Operations and General Management. PhD in Management, was the Director of AICEP Global Portugal and AICEP Global Parques, with responsibilities in the area of internationalization of SMEs, financial incentives in the framework of the Regional Development Funds (EU) and the Industrial Location and Logistics. He is Director of Management degree from ISCTE (2014-2016) and Member of the General Council of the same institution (2013-2017).
