Abstract
A invasão russa da Ucrânia tem-se caracterizado por uma divisão acentuada entre o Ocidente e o chamado «Sul Global». Este artigo visa proporcionar uma análise preliminar sobre as diferentes perceções relativamente ao conflito que emergiram no Sul Global, e explorar as principais tendências evidenciadas em termos da reação do «resto» do mundo. Em particular, são destacados os impactos no multilateralismo global e regional, as táticas e estratégias de alinhamento adotadas por diferentes países do Sul face ao prolongar do conflito, e a importância acrescida de questões de equidade internacional.
