Abstract
When incorporating AI with Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICTs) in the teaching-learning process, there are important obstacles that must be examined to guarantee high-quality, equitable, and inclusive education for everyone. Therefore, incorporating these emerging technologies into education is a challenge that requires careful thought. By highlighting previous studies that allow/facilitate/promote the maturing of the subject in the certainty that this scenario is here to stay, we do not intend to exhaust the subject, but to put it into context. This article presents a literature analysis on the topic of AI and DICTs in Education. The major objective is to emphasize the need for serious discussion among many educational stakeholders, including educators, students, educational institutions, governments, researchers, and institutional design developers
