Abstract
- The goal of my presentation is to present a 10 factor criteria to delimit a CBC area for policy implementation - If one looks at the territory of the current Interreg-A programmes one can question their territorial coverage. The most eloquent is Sweden. Is Sweden basically a CB area? - Also one can question if the EC proposal to delimit a CBC area as a 25 km buffer from each side of the borderline appropriate. - Indeed, the attempts to delimit CB areas in studies vary substantially - In view of this, what I propose is a tailor-made 10 factor criteria to delimit a CB area.
