Abstract
Qual a atualidade da Constituição portuguesa em face da mudança socioeconómica e da evolução política e ideológica ocorridas em domínios como a regulação económica, o trabalho e o território? Até que ponto têm respondido os valores constitucionais e os direitos sociais às dinâmicas da economia global? Como vêm sendo garantidos os princípios do Estado de Direito perante a autoridade crescente do poder judicial? Como encarar a evolução da CRP à luz de novas perspectivas sobre o constitucionalismo? Estas são algumas das questões que orientam os estudos e reflexões publicados neste livro.
