Abstract
The first contribution by Bierwiaczonek et al. concerns a meta-analysis of important socio-cultural influences (e.g., self-rated cultural distance, discrimination and social resources) on cultural adaptation of different groups of sojourners. Their findings suggest that factors related to adaptation are comparable across subpopulations of intercultural travelers.
