Abstract
Gibraltar, Ceuta, Melilla y el Sáhara Occidental son cuatro territorios en disputa que plantean desafíos geopolíticos únicos en las relaciones internacionales debido a sus contextos históricos y su importancia contemporánea. Situados en puntos clave de cruce marítimo y terrestre, estos territorios han sido durante mucho tiempo motivo de controversia entre naciones: principalmente entre España y el Reino Unido en el caso de Gibraltar, y entre España y Marruecos en lo referente a Ceuta, Melilla y el Sáhara Occidental. Este artículo ofrece un análisis detallado de los acontecimientos históricos, los principios legales internacionales y las posturas diplomáticas contemporáneas que definen el estatus de estos territorios.
