Abstract
The welcoming and housing search for newcomers are crucial components of integration efforts in many countries, especially considering recent humanitarian crises. The arrival of newcomers requires a broad and coordinated response (Dickinson, 2023) to ensure that these individuals and families have access to safe living conditions, security, and opportunities to rebuild their lives. Housing is one of the first and most important steps in the integration process (Ager & Strang, 2008). In this context, the H:OUSE project focuses on housing as a means to integrate newcomers, bringing together sponsors and diaspora as bridges to host societies through various actions across the implementation territories. The evaluation strategy outlined in this document provides clear guidelines and practical tools for assessing the project's outputs, outcomes, and impact. It defines the project's objectives and clarifies the roles of key stakeholders, ensuring a structured and collaborative approach to implementation and assessment.
