Abstract
This study explores the relationship between technostress and leadership wellbeing, development, and growth through a literature review method. It highlights the importance of effectively managing technostress to enhance leadership performance, reduce anxiety, and improve decision-making processes. Strategies to address technostressors such as techno-complexity, techno-invasion, techno-insecurity, techno-overload, and techno-uncertainty are discussed. Managing technostress can lead to increased wellbeing for leaders by reducing worry and anxiety, ultimately preventing burnout. Additionally, the study suggests that addressing technostress can facilitate personal development, increase resilience, and prepare individuals for new challenges, fostering leadership evolution. Recommendations include establishing clear work-life boundaries, enhancing technological self-efficacy, and conducting further research on organizational methods to combat technostress.
