Abstract
Resumo: Mesa-Redonda (28.Abr2022) sobre o impacto da Guerra entre a Rússia e a Ucrânia em África, onde se debateu e analisou qual os efeitos ameaçadores e as oportunidades que o continente africano pode receber. Na minha comunicação abordei e analisei, também, a dubiedade dos governantes africanos face a este conflito, nomeadamente, na Assembleia-geral da ONU.________________________ Abstract: Conference/Debate (April 28, 2022) on the impact of the War between Russia and Ukraine in Africa, where it was discussed and analyzed the threatening effects and opportunities that the African continent may receive.
