Abstract
The African continent has long experienced political, economic, social and militarized upheavals, either through coup d'état (Coup d'État), by politicians or the military, or due to acts of political and religious terrorism. The Great Lakes Region, in general, inserted in what is called the Heartland, globally, and in the Central-Southern African Interland, in particular, is one of the political-geographical areas that registers more critical situations and that here we try to a little succinct develop.
