Resumo: Este texto procura abordar, ainda que de forma menos intensiva, a Cooperação, no âmbito da Defesa e Segurança Técnico-Militar, entre a URSS, primeiro, e a Rússia, após a implosão daquela, com os Países Africanos de Língua Oficial Portuguesa (PALOP) (onde se inclui – por já fazer parte da Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa – CPLP) – a Guiné-Equatorial, bem como os principais elementos que formam essa Cooperação; e procura ver como esta cooperação poderá impactar nas relações com Portugal.
