Abstract
Esta comunicação visa analisar as relações entre o Estado português e as comunidades religiosas, propondo (i) uma avaliação dessas relações com referência à Lei da Liberdade Religiosa e os princípios da Igualdade, da Proporcionalidade e da Cooperação, (ii) uma abordagem ao problema conceptual de minoria religiosa, (iii) uma reflexão sobre a vaguidade do conceito de religião no processo de inscrição como pessoa coletiva religiosa.
