Abstract
Este estudo procurou analisar qual o impacto que a pandemia da Covid-19 teve no Mundo Laboral para as mulheres de diferentes nacionalidades em Lisboa e região metropolitana, tendo como perspectiva de análise o olhar para a Igualdade de Gênero para as mulheres. Assim, os métodos de análise escolhidos foram: Inquérito por Questionário Online com 210 respostas e Entrevistas Semiestruturadas com 30 pessoas, entre janeiro e abril de 2021. Como resultado, observou-se o aumento nas horas e volume de trabalho, despedimentos, discrepância nas divisões de atividades domésticas e de cuidados com os filhos e com idosos, cansaço mental e físico e desgaste emocional. Portanto, concluiu-se que houveram grandes consequências na vida das mulheres em contexto laboral e que há a necessidade de futuros estudos com outros.
