Abstract
How can Citizenship, in general, and participatory Citizenship, in particular, be able to reconcile its social activities, that is, how society, as a whole (in a State, in a Nation), manages to reconcile some of its actions with Politics and the Law and Justice, mainly, as in the case of Angola, sometimes and not infrequently, Politics and Justice are linked in confronting the social movements of Citizens and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), which aim at the well-being social, legal and environmental rights of the Community – as a whole, that is, and it repeats, of the State, of the Nation – and of the Citizens. This is what we will try to analyze and discuss in this essay.
