Abstract
Criada em 1923, a Walt Disney tem feito parte do imaginário de milhões de crianças ao longo de décadas. As histórias são emblemáticas, as músicas são cantadas de trás para a frente e as roupas das personagens são replicadas. Mas qual é a mensagem que passa um filme onde a personagem do sexo feminino é salva pelo personagem do sexo masculino? E o que acontece à sociedade quando esta mensagem está presente em dezenas de filmes?
Desde a Branca de Neve e os Sete Anões, passando pela Cinderela e pela Bela Adormecida, abordaremos alguns dos filmes onde as princesas da Disney não tiveram oportunidade de fazer ouvir a sua voz.
