Abstract
Este estudo pretendeu conhecer os processos psicossociológicos que as mulheres brasileiras empreendedoras em Portugal vivenciam no exercício de sua profissão. Treze mulheres brasileiras empreendedoras foram entrevistadas. Uma análise temática permitiu identificar cinco temas, percebendo-se, nomeadamente, que as adversidades encontradas foram sobretudo a pandemia da Covid-19 e as diferenças culturais entre o Brasil e Portugal, ressaltando-se que o fato de ser imigrante e mulher pode interferir no negócio. Entretanto, elas conseguem sobressair e procuram sempre o melhor para a sua empresa e clientes.

This study aimed to understand the psychosociological processes that Brazilian female entrepreneurs in Portugal
experience in the exercise of their profession. Thirteen Brazilian female entrepreneurs were interviewed. A
thematic analysis allowed the identification of five themes, underlying that the adversities encountered were mainly
the Covid-19 pandemic and the cultural differences between Brazil and Portugal. The results highlight that being
an immigrant and a woman can interfere with the business. However, they manage to stand out and always seek
the best for their company and customers.
