Abstract
The research that I will present here aims to study the phenomenon of neotraditionalism related to the experience of being a mother in the contemporary societies. By using a plural methodology, the research will focus on the contexts of Portugal and Spain to understand which macro-structural factors can promote the dissemination of the natural parenting model, and its consequences on the gender relations
