Abstract/Resumo
We are presenting the major results obtained in a set of three experiments, which aimed at evaluating user’s experience during Virtual Environment navigation tasks. User experience was measured through self-report and physiological data, namely ECG and EDA. Our objectives concerned both the internal validity of using physiological measures as indicators of user experience within experiments, as well as the effect of different CAVEs on the “Sense of Presence” experienced by users across experiments. Results are promising regarding both objectives and further point towards methodological issues to be implemented in future work.
