Aíssa Baldé is a PhD candidate in Psychology. She completed a MsC in Science on Emotions from ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon in 2021. 

Her research interests include music, vocal emotions, and speech perception. 

Her PhD project combines behavioral and neural measures (EEG) to identify factors explaining our ability to be musical, as well as potential mechanisms accounting for links between musicality and vocal communication.
