Anabela Rodrigues Santiago has a PhD in Public Policy from University of Aveiro (May 2025). She is currently a researcher at Centre for International Studies (ISCTE).
She received a research grant from PhD (Foundation for Science and Technology - Macau Scientific and Cultural Centre) and is a member of the GOVCOPP research unit (Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies) of the Department of Social Sciences, Politics and Territory of the University of Aveiro.
She has participated in national and international conferences and congresses, as a speaker, with communications linked to Public Administration, Public Health Policies and to the topic of collaborative governance.
She was a member of the COST Action CHERN - China in Europe Relations Network (WG1) and has taken part in various projects within its scope, including: i) a
scientific mission to map Chinese investments in the agri-food sector (University College of Cork); ii) CHERN Training School: China Scholarship and Policy Advice: Reaching Out Policy-makers (European Commission, Brussels) and iii) a scientific mission to map Chinese projects within the scope of the Silk Road for Health in Europe (University College of London).
