Sociologist and Master in Public Policy. Research Assistant at CIES as part of the IN-Iscte Project - A Space to Grow, which aims to promote academic success and support students in vulnerable situations.
She develops pedagogical innovation initiatives, such as the “Slow Stages” workshop, as a tool for emotional management and self-knowledge through dramatic expression. She supports and develops activities to welcome and integrate students.
She is a guest assistant at Iscte-IUL where she teaches courses in the Soft Skills Lab (LCT).
As part of her master's degree in Public Policy at Iscte-IUL, she developed a practical project on “Intergenerationality and social responses: Mitigating ageism through intergenerational practices”, bringing together social responses aimed at different ages.
She actively participates as a member of Iscte's mISCuTEm Theater Group, complementing her training with artistic expression skills.
