Fabíola Borges de Castro completed her pre-Bologna 5-year degree in Applied Psychology - Social and Organizational Psychology, in 1998, at ISPA. Fabíola also concluded the following three post-graduation courses at ISPA: Organizational Behavior (2000), Psychology of Pregnancy and Maternity (2003), and Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity (2017). Since 2023/24, Fabíola has been attending the Doctoral Program in Psychology at ISCTE-IUL. Fabíola published one article in the scientific journal of the Professional Association of Portuguese Psychologists (OPP) and did two oral presentations presenting such work, one in Lisbon and one in Lausanne. Fabíola's current research interests include the social psychology of eating animals, behavioral and social change, sustainable food transitions, consumer behavior, values, perceptions, and attitudes in the context of animal and plant-based consumption, among others. Currently, Fabíola is focused on her role as a PhD student, as well as volunteering as a library writer at Faunalytics.
