Hugo Reis is an architect (2009) and co-founder of the art and architecture studio fahr 021.3 in Porto (2012). Interested in critical spatial practices, via studio, he presents works and exploratory processes in different geographies at national and international level. Where, in the relationship with public space and the various dimensions of territory, it explores the interdisciplinary intersection between art, architecture and urbanism. He is currently a doctoral researcher at the DINÂMIA'CET research centre at ISCTE in Lisbon, with a scholarship from FCT, with the aim of portraying a relational field of planning between cultural and urban dynamics in small and medium-sized cities in Portugal.
