Jéssica Corujeira holds a Ph.D. (2024) in Computer Science and Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), University of Lisbon, Portugal. She was an Invited Assistant Professor at Lisbon University Institute (ISCTE-IUL), and is currently an Invited Assistant Professir at Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa (ISEL), do Politécnico de Lisboa (IPL). She is a member of the Interactive Technologies Institute (ITI) research unit of the Laboratory of Robotics and Engineering Systems (LARSyS) and a member of the MEROP research team. She was a Pos-Doc in the SYNTECS project funded by the European Union, and she is currently the PI for ARTOp.Inclusive project funded by FCT. She was Co-PI of the Portuguese contribution in the Analog Mars Missions AMADEE-20 and AMADEE-24 organized by ÖWF. Her work has been published at venues, such as ACM SAP, ACM HRI, ACM UIST, INTERACT, IEEE RO-MAN. Her current research interests include human–robot interaction, teleoperation, multimodal interfaces, human factors, accessibility and haptic interfaces.
