Laura Pomesano, architect and PhD candidate in "Architecture of Contemporary Metropolitan Territories" at ISCTE-IUL, with a thesis titled "Cartographies of the dismissed industry in the metropolitan context of Lisbon: the influence of performing arts in defining urban regeneration public policies" She studies, through an interdisciplinary approach, alternative forms of reusing industrial heritage and intervening in deindustrialized neighborhoods, aiming to promote strategies that prevent phenomena of social recomposition and loss of character. She participated (2018-2020) in the European project "ROCK - Regeneration and Optimisation of Cultural Heritage in Creative and Knowledge Cities" and co-organized (2019 and 2020) the Summer Schools "Tur - Technopolitics in Urban Regeneration".
