She holds bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Management, a postgraduate qualification in European Studies (specialization in Agriculture and Fisheries), and a Master’s degree in Social and Political Philosophy.
Her professional background includes five years of research and writing on contemporary art, during which she conducted interviews with visual artists and authored critical texts for academic and cultural journals as well as exhibition contexts. She co-founded the FACA Collective, collaborating with museums on research-based and educational projects addressing feminism, colonialism, racism, LGBTQIA+ issues, and non-normativity.
She has extensive experience as an educator in the fields of inclusion, identity, and gender diversity, having contributed to the FLECHA educational project, where she designed and delivered training programmes in these areas.
She is currently a PhD candidate in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior at Iscte, where her doctoral research focuses on belonging, equity, and inclusion in organizational and educational contexts.
