Lázaro Ourique graduated with a MSc. in Architecture and Urban Design (FA-UL 2014) and with a European MSc. in Planning and policies for the City, Environment and Landscape (FA-UL & IUAV 2014) under the theme "For a New Urbanity - Vendas Novas, Regeneration and Reintegration of the Industrial Hub". Currently works as Research Assistant at the Information Sciences, Technologies and Architecture Research Center (ISTAR-IUL) at ISCTE-IUL in Lisbon, Portugal. Previously Lázaro worked at ADETTI-IUL (2014-2015), at Elemento Arquitectura (2014) and collaborated with Assistant Professor Francisco Serdoura (FA-UL 2012-2013) and Assistant Professor Carlos Ferreira (FA-UL 2010-2011). Through his work Lázaro acquired extensive experience in the areas of Space Syntax, Space Use and Space Perception and became well versed in areas like Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Eye-tracking, Biometric Data Collection and the Monitoring of Human Subject Experiments.
