Luís Miguel Martins Nunes, graduated in Computer Science from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon (1993), obtained a master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico (1997, thesis supervised by Prof. Borges de Almeida) and a doctor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (2006, thesis supervised by Prof. Eugénio de Oliveira). He is a teacher at ISCTE-IUL since 1997 and a researcher in the area of Machine Learning.
