I am currently a Researcher at the Centre for Research and Studies in Sociology of the University Institute of Lisbon (CIES-ISCTE). I am also an Associate Editor of DADOS, where I have been working since 2015, and a moderator of the Humanities section at SciELO Preprints. I have been a postdoctoral researcher in the Graduate Program in Sociology at the Institute of Social and Political Studies of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (IESP-UERJ), funded by the Serrapilheira Institute (2021-2022) and holder of the FAPERJ Nota 10 scholarship (2022-2024). I received the award for the best thesis defended in the PPGCP/IESP-UERJ in 2022, where I completed my Ph.D. and Master's in Political Science. My thesis was also one of the few finalists in this category in the field of Political Science to reach the final stage of the ANPOCS Thesis and Dissertation Competition in 2022. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from UFRJ. I was a visiting researcher at the University of Cambridge, with a CAPES/PDSE scholarship, at the University Institute of Lisbon (Iscte), at the University of Coimbra (UC), at the National University of Cuyo (UNCuyo), and at the National University of San Martín (UNSAM). I taught courses at UFRJ, at UnB (in collaboration with Flávia Biroli), at SESC-SP, at IRI-PUC-RIO, and at IESP-UERJ. I collaborated on research for the Brazilian Political Science Association (2020-2021) and for the National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Social Sciences (2022-2023). At the ANPOCS Meeting, I am coordinator, alongside Cristiano Rodrigues, Professor at UFMG, of the Gender Inequalities in Politics Working Group: Feminist and Intersectional Perspectives (2023-2024). In the realm of science communication, I contribute to Nexo Políticas Públicas, Gênero e Número, and Latinoamérica 21. In 2018, I founded the collective project Horizontes ao Sul, which received an honorable mention in the ANPOCS Award for Scientific Communication in Social Sciences. I was also a fellow at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz), working on a mapping of initiatives for the popularization of Social Sciences in Brazil. I am a member of the Rede Brasileira de Mulheres Cientistas (RBMC), the Rede de Pesquisas em Feminismos e Política (RPFM), and the Red Politólogas. I conduct research on inequalities in science, politics, and Brazilian cinema. In terms of societal engagement, in 2018, I was an invited expert to the Working Group on Gender and Ethnic-Racial Diversity in Audiovisual at the Ministry of Culture, and I was part of the Working Group on Maternal Retention in Higher Education Institutions, promoted by the Ministry of Education, both in Brazil. I am the author of the book "Dois gêneros, duas histórias? A fundação da ciência política no Brasil", published by EdUERJ.
