PhD Student and Research Assistant in the Information Systems research group at ISTAR-ISCTE. He is also a collaborator at the Lumière Virtuall.me laboratory in Research and Development (R&D) and Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Community.Virtuall.me.
His current activities focus on research into the relationship between Virtual Reality and its social impact. Among other specialties are Communication and Digital Marketing, with a focus on Digital Development and processes aimed at humanizing technologies. He believes that the future lies in the hybrid combination of technology and people, with a focus on co-creation and collective knowledge.
With solid experience in strategic planning, digital project management, people management and conflict resolution, he actively contributes to project consulting and mentoring. His work also involves Traffic Management, Data Processing, server administration and technological infrastructure, ensuring a robust basis for efficient digital operations.
In the field of Social Innovation, he has contributed to the creation and development of 360º content, virtual tours and personalized sensory and cognitive experiences for the Social area. These initiatives reflect his commitment to continuous innovation and the improvement of digital interaction.
His main objective is to make a difference in organizations and in people's lives, promoting innovation and digital transformation through strategies that integrate technology, humanization and co-creation.
With a Specialist Degree in Marketing and Advertising awarded by the Polytechnic of Coimbra, Guarda and Lisbon (2023). Master in Marketing and Communication from the Polytechnic of Coimbra (2022). Bachelor's Degree in Data Processing and Systems Analysis and Postgraduate Degree in Software Engineering, both completed at the Philadelphia University of Londrina (UNIFIL) (2002, 2003).
