Degree in Educational Sciences (Institute of Education
University of Lisbon), Master in Education and Society (ISCTE-IUL), PhD in Sociology (ISCTE-IUL). Has coordinated educational projects in the non-governmental organization Contacto-CRJ (Brazil) and CIDAC (Lisbon). Since 2011 has been working on research projects in the fields of sociology of education, sociology of professions, sociology of science and sociology of culture. She is currently responsible for monitoring and evaluation at the Teatro Nacional D. Maria II. She is also a professor at the Higher School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon.
