PhD in Information Sciences and Technologies (2019) and Master in Information Systems Management (2005) by the University Institute of Lisbon ISCTE-IUL, Samir Rodrigues Haddad graduated in Business Administration at the Faculty of Management Sciences - UNA (1984) in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil and has post graduate degrees as specialist in Information Technologies Public Policies and Management by the Catholic University of Minas Gerais (2000) and in Financial Administration by Fundação Dom Cabral (1986). He has worked at the Public ICT Company of the Municipality of Belo Horizonte - PRODABEL from 1989 to 2022, where he has held several positions both in technical and administrative sectors. He is also a university professor at Faculdade SENAC-MG since 2005, where he lectures on systems and organization methods, project management, business plan, among other subjects, and held the position as Coordinator at the Quality Management Undergraduate Program from 2009 to 2015. Since 2017, he is a fellow researcher at the Primórdios da Cozinha Mineira Research Project, carried out by the Educational Superintendence of SENAC-MG, where he develops qualitative analyzes, documentation and organization activities for the project´s information system. In addition, he also collaborates with the project's communication, implementation and dissemination processes in both academic and institutional environments. Since 2019, he has also been a consultant for the educational evaluation process at SENAC-MG, specifically with regards to qualitative indicators with the use of SPSS software. In 2021, he joined ISTAR-IUL Research Center at ISCTE-IUL, Portugal as an Associate Researcher.
