Sara Crespo Prazeres My project will focus on a case study at a human resources consulting company where employees have difficulty “switching off”, that is, disconnecting from work after business hours and during vacations. My intervention will involve diagnosing employees' risk and protective factors and then defining an action plan that promotes a greater work-life balance for employees, which includes recovery activities, which allow the employees' tension levels, that increase due to work stress, to return to the original.
