Sofia Frade is Science Lab Manager and Assistant at LAPSO. She supports laboratory-based scientific investigation, namely by providing assistance to design, program, conduct and analyze experiments, and is also responsible for developing online resources and workshops.
Her scientific path began at Universidade do Minho, where she graduated in Experimental Psychology and worked as a research assistant for 3 years in the Psycholinguistics Research Group. Afterwards she joined the Memory and Language Research Team at Faculty of Psychology at Universidade de Lisboa, firstly as a research assistant and later as a PhD candidate. She has carried several behavioral, neuroimaging and neurophysiological studies, namely in the study of cognitive functions, like memory and language processes.
