CV Summary

 

Sofia Frade is Science Lab Manager at LAPSO. She holds a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology (Universidade do Minho), and a PhD in Cognitive Science (Universidade de Lisboa). During the PhD she spent six months at the Division of Psychology & Language Sciences (University College London). She is a member of the BEC (Behavior, Enotion, and Cognition) research group (Cis-IUL) and has collaborated in supervision activities at the Department of Psychology, Iscte-IUL.

With more than 10 years of research experience, she have acquired specialized knowledge in different experimental and neuroscience methodologies (e.g., EEG, Eye-tracking, fMRI) and, contributed in more than five research projects. She has co-authored 12 papers in peer-review international journals (11 in Q1 journals), with more than 300 citations, and, participated in several presentations in international and national scientific meetings.
