Vânia Patrício has a PhD in Business Administration and Management from ISCTE. She is founding partner at Winning Scientific Management. She is an invited professor at ISCTE Business School and also at ISCTE Executive Education in the Management Control and Performance Program and Project Management & Programs. She has a degree in Corporate Communication from Escola Superior de Comunicação Social de Lisboa. Later she did a post-graduation in Marketing and Commercial Management of Financial Services at Instituto Superior de Gestão Bancária de Lisboa and a post-graduation in Project Management by the Instituto Superior Bissaya Barreto de Coimbra. She also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from PMI® and a Certified ROI Professional certification from ROI Institute. She is an International Coaching Certified approved by the ICF and Practitioner in PNL. She has several indexed scientific publications, having published in leading journals such as International Journal of Business Innovation and Research, Journal of Open Innovation and International Journal of Agile Systems and Management. Vânia Patrício has oriented and advised several Master's students. She is a specialist in project management, change management, high performance teams, leadership, emotional intelligence, cognitive flexibility and dynamic capabilities. Throughout her professional experience she has been responsible for business development and the supervision and coordination of several commercial, business analysis and project management teams, ensuring performance, delivery and quality of execution, as well as customer relationship and satisfaction in service delivery. He has managed a team of several trainers and consultants, and has been responsible for the design, development and execution of courses and projects in technical and behavioral areas, proving his experience through more than 10,000 hours of teaching. Currently she is responsible for technical innovation, development and quality assurance of the execution of services provided in the utilities, transport & logistics, retail and telecommunications sectors.
