Promoting quality of life in contemporary societies: work, skills and gender
Promoting quality of life in contemporary societies: work, skills and gender
Description

This project aims to analyse quality of life and quality of work patterns in the present economic Portuguese context, taking gender and skills as structuring elements.

Based in the statistical analysis of secondary data and in the analysis of national and European social policy, this project aims to analyse change in the patterns of quality of life and work, considering skills (mis)match as an essential element for recovery in “post-crisis” societies, and gender as a structuring part of labour market integration and well-being processes.
