O questionário é composto por 3 partes repartidas por 22 questões: dados de caracterização dos bancários no ativo, dados relativos à situação na banca e à carreira dos indivíduos. O tratamento de dados do 1º questionário de diagnóstico à situação contratual e Expectativas dos Bancários tem como objetivos a delimitação e composição dos indivíduos inscritos no SBC, situação dos grupos profissionais que responderam ao questionário, problemas associados à gestão da carreira e representações-tipo dos bancários.
