Abstract
The Bologna process is currently the biggest challenge faced by the European academic society, since it forces a reform of the strategies and options adopted in the past. This paper presents a methodology for the creation and restructuring Higher Education degrees that has been developed at the Department of Information Sciences and Technologies (DCTI) of the Higher Institute of Social and Business Studies (ISCTE), in Portugal. This paper describes the theoretical concepts of the methodology and its practical application to a case study – the restructuring of an undergraduate degree in Informatics and Management.
