Abstract
A queue system with infinite servers at which customers arrive according to a Poisson process at rate ? is considered in this study. With this tool a model is built to analyse a situation in which motorcars arrive at the system after getting idled, and considering a scarce conventional energy state, leaving it as soon as they are recycled or dismantled. Both situations are modelled with the same purpose. The model allows a conclusion to be drawn that when the rate of dismantling and recycling of motorcars is greater than the rate at which they become idle, the system has a tendency to balance. The time spent in dismantling or recycling each idle motorcar plays a central role in this hazard rate function model.
